My introduction to web design was in 1998 when I took a HTML programming course; I guess that makes me from the 'old school'. It wasn't until 2000 that I really got involved when I moved to London and worked solely as a web designer, working in the TV & Music industry. More recent developments have meant I am now able to offer website hosting into the package, as well as bespoke web applications and content management systems through collaboration with fellow industry professional. This is my real background; I studied technical illustration along with graphic design to BTEC HNC level. Over the years I've specialised in producing informative or technical illustrations for the publishing industry, predominantly in the education sector, but I've also had the pleasure to work on such beasts as the Reader's Digest DIY Manual.
